| To register you must complete the registration
form you can find below and send it to the local organizing committee by
email
with "Registration Form" in the subject. You can also fax the
(filled-in) registration form to +32 (0) 16 32 67 96.
Please read carefully the instructions below before filling out the registration form.

| Registration Fee
|
|
|
The registration fee is 30 EUR and this must
be received by March 1st, 2003.
Update (March 20): From Monday 24 March onwards, refund of the accommodation payment is no longer possible after cancellation.
Update (March 19): From now on, if you cancel your participation, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
The method of payment and contact details
are given below. The registration fee includes
- Welcome reception at the Leuven City Hall
- Admission to the conference
- Documentation
- Daily tea/coffee and lunches
- Conference dinner at The Faculty Club
If you do not confirm your participation and pay the registration
fee before March 1st, 2003, we will interprete this as a non-attendence and thus we will contact other contributors that are
on the reserve-list. Therefore, please inform us as soon as possible
whether or not you will attend the conference.

| Accommodation
|
|
|
| Finding accommodation during the conference is
your own responsibility. We have arranged for optional rooms in some hotels in Leuven,
which you have to book yourself. Please, visit the accommodation
page first, before filling out the registration form.
|
|
|
| Conference Dinner
|
|
|
| The conference dinner will be held on the
evening of April 4th. The dinner will take place at the Faculty
Club, which is located in Groot
Begijnhof on a short walking distance from the city center of Leuven.
Please confirm your attendence to the conference dinner by answering the
related questions on the registration form. The conference dinner is
included in the registration fee. |

| Method of Payment
|
|
|
| You have two options to pay (the combined
amount of the registration fee and costs for accommodation at La Foresta).
|
|
|
- Using a credit card (VISA or Eurocard are the only possibilities)
- Paying by bank transfer
We encourage credit card payments. If you pay via a bank transfer, the
bank will charge YOU the transactions (which can be substantial).
|
|
|
| For payments using a credit card, you have to
supply the information (name, credit card number, expiration date) on the
registration form.

| In the reference of your transfer, please specify clearly your name and mention "SMYE". This is important

|
| You can download the registration form
HERE.
You are expected to send in a PDF-version of the completed paper you
are going to present, before March 15, so that discussants
and other interested participants can download it from the website and
will have enough time to read it before the conference starts.
Please send the completed registration form as an attached file to smye@econ.kuleuven.be
with "Registration Form" in the subject of the email. We will
send a confirmation email upon receival.
